Install and activate the [WP e-Commerce](https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-e-commerce) plugin. Configure your shop and create products. 2. Install and activate the [Affiliates](https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/affiliates) plugin. Use the default settings or configure it to your needs. 3. Install and activate the [Affiliates WP e-Commerce Integration](http://www.itthinx.com/plugins/affiliates-wp-e-commerce) plugin. 4. A new _WP e-Commerce_ menu item will appear under the _Affiliates_ menu in WordPress. Set the referral rate for your affiliates there. Note that you can install the plugins from your WordPress installation directly: use the _Add new_ option found in the _Plugins_ menu. You can also upload and extract them in your site’s `/wp-content/plugins/` directory or use the _Upload_ option. If you upgrade from _Affiliates_ to _Affiliates Pro_ or _Affiliates Enterprise_, the default referral rate should be set automatically under _Affiliates > Settings_. Although this is done automatically, it is adviced to double-check that the settings have been adjusted correctly. ## MEG What features does this integration provide? When a sale is made through WP e-Commerce, a referral is recorded for the affiliate that referred the sale. How can I set the amount that affiliates earn on each sale? If you are using [Affiliates](https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/affiliates), go to _Affiliates > WP e-Commerce_ and set the rate there. If you are using [Affiliates Pro](http://www.itthinx.com/plugins/affiliates-pro/) or [Affiliates Enterprise](http://www.itthinx.com/plugins/affiliates-enterprise/), the rate settings under _Affiliates > Settings_ apply.
