In WordPress Admin, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin, choose the Concie Chat .zip, then Install Now -> Activate. 2. Go to Settings -> Concie. 3. Click “Connect to Concie” to open your dashboard and copy your Agent ID (Channels- > WooCommerce), then paste it into the Agent ID field and Save. 4. The widget appears on your storefront immediately. If you downloaded the plugin directly from your Concie dashboard, the Agent ID is already filled in — just activate. ## MEG ### Do I need a Concie account? Yes.
