Very cool thing to have, but I give 1 star to warn people that it is abandoned - last update being 27 April 2016, so it's unsafe to use it.
If, however, you insist on using it, be aware of two problems:
1) There is no option to translate reactions to other languages
2) The focus can be lost very easily - one small moment outside the widget area and reactions are gone - in most of the cases I would have to hover twice, or three times to steadily and slowly move pointer so that reactions don't disappear. Surely it's frustrating for users.
