Blocked users cannot authenticate, and if they already have an active session they are redirected away from the WordPress admin. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/disable-specific-user-login` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen directly. 2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress. 3. They are redirected to the site home page whenever they try to access the admin area, and they cannot log in again while blocked. ### Does the plugin block anyone by default? No. Nothing is blocked until an administrator selects users on the settings screen. ### Is it safe to block an administrator? You can, but be careful not to lock yourself out.
