Configure your WordPress to send e-mails using your personal e-mail via SMTP.

Often useful when your WordPress does not send emails.

This happens because your server does not allow sending emails via PHP.

Usage

Download and extract my-smtp-wp.zip to wp-content/plugins/
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
“Dashboard”->”Settings”->”MY SMTP WP”
Configure the plugin according to your hosting provider or email. How ‘Gmail, Hotmail, Live, Yahoo’ and other.

Where can I get data from my SMTP?

Most hosting forward these data at the time of signature. Companies like Gmail, Yahoo and Live provide this data on their websites.

Configured and not send emails.

Make sure the data is correct. Also check that no other SMTP plugin currently active.

I use Gmail, and still have error.

Authorize low security with applications

Great and useful plugin, thanks! The "From Email", "From Name" and "Reply To" fields should be optional though and the plugin should use the email from the WP dashboard settings instead. No need to add this twice IMHO.
