Products match by SKU, so re-syncs update instead of duplicating. * **Store & booking embeds** — the `[parallelpos_store]` and `[parallelpos_booking]` shortcodes drop your ParallelPOS ordering portal or booking page onto any WordPress page. #### How pairing works On activation the plugin mints a random **Site key** (Settings ParallelPOS). Paste your site address and that key into ParallelPOS under _Marketing Channels WordPress_. Every request from ParallelPOS carries the key and is verified with a constant-time comparison. The plugin never sends data out on its own — traffic flows one way, in, over HTTPS. Regenerating the key instantly revokes the old pairing. #### Requirements * A ParallelPOS account (parallelpos.com) * WooCommerce is optional — needed only for the catalog/order sync ## Instalazioa 1. Install and activate the plugin. 2. Open **Settings ParallelPOS** and copy the Site key. 3. In ParallelPOS, open **Marketing Channels WordPress**, paste your site address and the key, and press Connect. 4. Optional: paste your ParallelPOS ordering-portal link into _Store page URL_ and put `[parallelpos_store]` on a page. ## MEG ### Do I need WooCommerce? Only for the catalog/stock/order sync. Blog publishing and the embeds work without it. ### What data leaves my site? None on the plugin’s initiative. ParallelPOS calls in (with your key) to publish posts, upsert products, and collect new orders. The plugin never makes outbound calls to ParallelPOS. ### How do I disconnect? Regenerate the Site key (Settings ParallelPOS) or deactivate the plugin.
