Upload `plugin-name.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3. Goto the Settings > Discussion Page ## MEG Does the plugin block all commenting? Yes and No, it behaves exactly like wordpress Disable Comments Option.
