The plugin itself is well written but HEAVY on performance, I can see they have tried their best but minification of CSS and JS is needed. It’s by far our heaviest plugin so if it can be streamlined and reduced that would be a game changer! The Change Log which has been introduced is very welcomed as frequent updates without knowing what was happening behind the scenes was hectic. The main issue is when a QR code is to be scanned, how can I ask the customer to do that if I send it to them as they are on their phone. Please allow a clickable link too in this instance. What is missing is an ability in the backend to easily take a payment over the phone. Or even when a customer is in store as the process sometimes confuses customers. Another gripe is the need to open an external payment page – which can be okay but there is no control over the branding. This is important. What is really annoying though is when you release an update – You do not update the changelog on here so we know what the changes are – PLEASE DO THIS Finally contacting you when we have an issue– the support is not great. There is no easy way to reach out to you for a quick response. We would expect a realtime chat option – especially when if there is a problem for instance (e.g. payment not working, or configuration confusion) then how do we reach you? This is early for us and I can see it is getting better all the time. But the above points need addressing and please like I said, UPDATE A CHANGELOG so we are not guessing.
