Themesisle disappoints as it abandoned Zelle Pro and ignores support requests

My Zelle Pro template stopped working as Themesisle stopped supporting it. My website started to fail. I was unable to edit it. I sent an email to Themesisle support asking for help. As expected, the email was ignored. I uploaded the recommended Neve theme. When I went to update, it noticed I was a Zelle Pro user and offered a conversion tool. As expected, the conversion tool failed. Now I'm left to figure it out myself. totally disappointed.
