This plugin will allow users to chat with the website’s business in real-time by using Facebook Messenger. Users can start a conversation on the website and continue it on other devices at any time.
Please note, Facebook is still currently developing their Customer Chat and so it is still in beta.

Instalazioa
Whitelist domain
- Go to your Facebook Page.
- Click on Settings then Messenger Platform
- Add your website URL under Whitelisted Domains and Save.
Obtain Page ID
- Go to https://findmyfbid.com/ and enter your page’s URL.
- Make note of Page ID
Install Plugin
- Upload the plugin files to ‘/wp-content/plugins’ directory or by using the WordPress plugins screen directly.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
- Configure the plugin settings.

For the plugin to work all you need are the IDs of the Facebook Page and Facebook App you will be using.
