If CF7 is not active, the plugin will not capture submissions and will show a warning banner on its own admin screens (it does not nag elsewhere in wp-admin).<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"are%20uploaded%20files%20stored%3F\"><h3>Are uploaded files stored?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No \u2014 only metadata (file name, MIME type, file size).
